Hei guys... how's your preparation for this sunday's Mizuno Wave Run? I hope you all have prepared yourself mentally and physically. You still have time to improve yourself. So don't give up if you still can't run a 3km non-stop. Focus on one step at a time. You're not running against the time, you are challenging yourself. So do your best and savour the fruit of success!
